Tudor House - Large Family Home with shared pool

Be greeted by open plan living, dining and kitchen all with a northerly aspect overlooking a lovely entertaining deck with a ten seat outdoor setting. This covered area overlooks a fully fenced private yard which also provides a lockable bike shed capable of securing at least 6 bikes along with ample space for additional riding gear.

The modern kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and all the accessories you'll need to make you feel at home. There's reverse cycle air conditioning as well as a wood fire in this open plan area. The dining table seats 10 people plus there's an additional four bar stools at the kitchen bench. In the living room you'll discover book shelves stacked with a great array of reading material and loads of board games in the lounge room cabinets. If that's not enough to keep you entertained simply pop into the billiard room where you'll also find an 8x4 billiard table, arcade Pac man game and Pinball machine, a 60" smart TV, bar fridge, six bar stools with benches, a lounge suite and bean bags. This fabulous room has double glazed sliding doors overlooking the pool area. In warmer months you can leave the sliding doors open and enjoy the breeze.

Just off the living area you'll find the kids room complete with two sets of bunks plus a double fold out Emma sofa bed. There is another TV on the wall as well as a DVD player. We've also included some toys to entertain the young ones.

Completing the ground floor is a spacious laundry with front loading washer and dryer plus a powder room. Under the stairwell you'll find a baby high chair if needed as well as a child safety gate that can be used by guests to prevent children going up/down the stairs.

Heading upstairs you'll be greeted by four more bedrooms, two of which have queen sized beds, a third bedroom with a trilogy bunk and the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite. A child porta-cot is also available free of charge. bring your own bedding. The main bathroom is light filled and includes a walk in shower, full sized bath and toilet.

There are reverse cycle a/c in three of the four bedrooms upstairs plus portable units to heat the fourth upstairs bedroom and the kids room downstairs. Plenty of thick blankets on the beds in the main rooms and there are additional blankets in the fourth bedroom upstairs in the cupboard. There is a clothes horse in the laundry as well as a dryer.

This property sleeps 15 people across 5 bedrooms.

Pricing for this property is based on a 6-person base rate. Additional guest surcharge per person per night applies.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate Wifi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wifi availability is dependent on the network provider.

Firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.

Pets welcome! -Tudor House has a fully fenced rear yard allowing you to bring along your furry friends. You are required to please notify Bright Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable.
Strictly a maximum of 2 fury friends per property.
Pets are not to be left unattended at a property for any period of time.
It is your responsibility to clean up any pet droppings before vacating a property.
Pets are not allowed on any soft furnishings in the accommodation. Please bring their own beds and blankets as required.
Professional dry-cleaning charges will apply for any pet hair found on soft furnishings, soiled carpet or soiled soft furnishings

*Please note that the pool in managed by the complex Body corporation and not Bright Escapes. Although they ensure the pool is serviced regularly, it is not maintained on a daily basis. Bright Escapes is not held response for the condition of the pool.*

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
