“The key to the room was also accessible to the exit door to the outdoor stairs. Which is a concern since everyone else has acces to the same door. When the bar is closed that exit door is the only way accessible. Our room had no microwave and no fridge. The timber Floor is uneven and squeaking when walking upon. Big Cracks on the hallway walls. 2 separate shared bathrooms, 1 on the very end of the hallway and 1 in the middle down the stairs. Not very clean. Parking was also awkward, since the……

“Apartment was beautifully laid out and clean. Check in was super smooth and Neil and Vonnie were lovely. Apartment was so close to the city and all the areas we wanted to visit in Hobart. We had a lovely time and would like to stay again!!”

“Overall, the property condition is average. Some areas will need repair, and there’s still much room for improvement. One thing I didn’t like was that on the first day of check-in there was a very strong curry smell throughout the house. I had to open the windows to air it out, but the smell was still present and didn’t fully go away during our stay.”
