「Staff are very nice, good location」

「The key to the room was also accessible to the exit door to the outdoor stairs. Which is a concern since everyone else has acces to the same door. When the bar is closed that exit door is the only way accessible. Our room had no microwave and no fridge. The timber Floor is uneven and squeaking when walking upon. Big Cracks on the hallway walls. 2 separate shared bathrooms, 1 on the very end of the hallway and 1 in the middle down the stairs. Not very clean. Parking was also awkward, since the...

「What a beautiful stay! John, Lisa, Summer & James were the most amazing hosts. From the warm welcome upon check-in to the cold drinks, beautiful dinner and very comfortable room, everything was first class. Do yourself a favour and visit this amazing hotel. The Pooley Winery across the road was divine also.」

「A lovely place to stay. The views are just so beautiful & Mark was a truly excellent host! It’s a great house for a large group or extended family. We would stay again.」

「This property is very basic. Some good additions would be a toilet roll holder, dish drainer and a serving bowel. It is a great summer stay but is not suited to a winter stay. It only has one heater in the living room and tiny fan heaters in the bedrooms. We had to buy hot water bottles and were lent a second large heater. Convenience wise it is between Hobart and the airport, within a 10 minute drive.」

「Owner friendly and welcoming. Lovely, comfortable cottage. The bed was very confy and all rooms spaciousWe also enjoyed all the extras, port, fudge, shortbread & wine etc. Good range of teas & pod coffee. Only 1 star less was dirtydue to some dirtydishes and pots as well as the coffee thrfrother」

「Very nice of winery owner, have are good red wine and white wine. Large house, all facilities are available and there is a chimney stove for heating.」

「Great location! We enjoyed our stay so much! The owner was so friendly n provide lots of information for us. The room is tidy and clean, we love our room so much! N Richard is a beautiful town, we will come visit again. 」

「Comfortable accommodation though the bed was a little hard. Pet friendly but surprised the area surrounding the cottage was not fenced so the dog had to be tied up. The grass needed to be mown and was concerned there could be snakes lurking in the long grass. Overall, a good place to stay, quiet and a 20 minute walk into Richmond.」

「Would highly recommend this property especially if you have a small dog travelling with you. Excellent location, lovely spacious grounds, quiet and peaceful. Friendly hosts & lovely clean apartment with some thoughtful extras supplied. Hope to come back again.」

「Great location and generous breakfast. Lovely property」

「We had an absolutely fantastic time and the property was beautiful, there was a problem with a rew of the windows when it was windy they rattled terribly in the kitchen dining and upstairs bedroom and the stair railing needs fixing.but otherwise I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Thank you again. PS once the decking gets done it would be perfect you need to be able to have an outdoor seating option especially for summer.」
