This is a brand new, very well-presented modern penthouse around a 5-minute walk to the seafront and the hospital with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a king-size sofa bed available for groups of up to 6 guests.

The Space:
Easy to walk into town, but also loads of nice venues on the doorstep.

Quiet, clean, practical and well-appointed. The penthouse benefits from high-speed WiFi, TV, a spacious dining table, a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living. The bedrooms provide comfortable bedding, with 2 double beds and a king-size sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living rooms have got a balcony with opening doors, which is great for those hot summer days!

The space is modern, stylish, and spacious. We offer a living room equipped with a king-size sofa bed for those larger groups or families.

Brighton is known for its slightly bohemian vibe. Kemptown, where this apartment is located, is no different. 5 minutes' walk from the beach, there are plenty of independent cafes and restaurants nearby. To give you a flavour, you will find a little Coop and Budgens supermarket within 5 minutes' walk. An independent bookshop (coffee served), a bakery, a wine cellar, post office, chemist, dry cleaner are all within close proximity as well.

Just a 2-minute walk away at Buzz Bingo (Freshfield Business Park), parking is available for £18.20 per 24 hours or £4.20 for 2 hours, payable via the GroupNexus app. Tickets can be renewed remotely, making it very convenient for longer stays.

Additional 24-hour parking is available on nearby streets further up from the beachfront.

The street where the apartment is located offers paid parking for up to 11 hours, with space directly in front of the building for unloading on arrival.

🚌 Public Transport & Taxis
Just a 2-minute walk to Upper Bedford Street bus stop, with excellent connections to local destinations.

Local taxis are readily available, and many guests enjoy exploring the area on foot thanks to the central location.

This is a third-floor penthouse apartment with no lift and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns or families with prams.

The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age to book.

Parties, gatherings, and loud music are not allowed — noise monitoring equipment is installed to ensure a peaceful environment.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A substantial cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Security systems are fitted at entry points. Tampering with cameras or the video doorbell will result in a penalty.

Any disturbances or property misuse may result in additional fees.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
