「No complaints about the room, it was exactly as described. What really ruined the stay for me was the fact that there was no handicapped parking directly in front of the building and the rude person that took my call told me to park in any open spot in the lot. That does not help me when I am on oxygen, using a cane and can't breathe well when walking long distances and to me, that was a long distance especially with luggage. Whomever was answering the phone and was not understanding English...

「Communication was terrible, honestly the place is really nice but the people in the room downstairs were really loud the view was of the seven eleven, the fees were more than the room cost per night and they have unrealistic cleaning expectations given the fees. 」
