Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da. Ansich super! Leider war die Heizung ab Samstag Abend kaputt. Der Vermieter hat zwar schnell für Hilfe gesorgt (was sehr positiv ist) aber leider hat es nicht so gut geholfen.

Optimale Größe, aber renovierungsbedürftig

Leider ist der Zustand des Haus nicht gut. Modriger Geruch aus dem feuchten Keller, Türen lassen sich nicht verschließen, da der Bodenbelag nicht eben ist.Die Paneele im WC wurden wohl neu lackiert, es roch nach Lösemittel. Diese negativen Punkte haben die Urlaubsstimmung leider gedrückt. Es hat aber keineswegs was mit fehlender Sauberkeit zutun. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die modernste und der Keller ist feucht. Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt, eine nachträgliche Reduzierung/Rückerstattung wurde leider abgelehnt. Die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und Kommunikation vor sowie nach der Buchung dieser Ferienunterkunft waren einwandfrei!

Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen, allerdings besitzt es bis auf einen großen Austisch wenig bis gar keine Gartenfläche. Das Wohnzimmer ist nett angelegt, auch für 10 Personen. Alletdings ist das Objekt doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmer sind nicht mehr Standard, Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt leider überhaupt nicht.

Wochenende mit Freunden

Wir waren insgesamt drei Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist insbesondere in der Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch sonst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man muss sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass nicht alles auf dem neusten Stand ist und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem gibt es nur eine Terrasse und keinen wirklichen Garten.

Charmante Villa

Im großen Ganzen ein schönes Haus. Allerdings sind ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu reparieren um aufzubessern. Auf Nachfrage wurde bestätigt, das dies bereits in Auftrag gegeben wurde. Der Außenbereich wirkt etwas ungepflegt. Der angegebene Kicker stand leider nicht zur Verfügung und der Billardtisch steht etwas ungünstig und das Zubehör müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wirklich direkt am Wald. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Brilon direkt, in ca. 6km Entfernung. Sehr positiv ist das man mit 10 Personen wirklich viel Platz hat und die Küche auch dementsprechend ausgestattet ist. Wie schon erwähnt, würde ich nach einem Make Over auch fünf Sterne vergeben.

langes wochenende im sauerland

nach anfänglichen kommunikationsschwierigkeiten bzgl schlüssel etc (mitteilung kam erst nach nachfrage bei FeWo direkt am anreisetag selbst) verlief der aufenthalt dann sehr gut, die verwalterin war telefonisch immer erreichbar und sehr kompetent und freundlich, das haus gefiel uns stilistisch sehr gut, allerdings sind sessel und sofa im wohnzimmer schon etwas durch.billard und tischtennis sind "in schuss", angenehmes wochenende in einem freundlichen haus.

Altes , aber nettes Haus. Schön eingerichtet, genug Platz für 12 Personen, schön am Waldrand gelegen, gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider das ein oder andere defekt. Spülmaschinenwagen verliert die Rollen, Gefriere verliert den Griff, Kohlerost am Grill komplett durchgerostet, Türgriffe wackelig. Wäre schon, wenn man da nochmal ein wenig investieren würde.Haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefunden.

Das Haus selber benötigt einige Renovierungen, Türklinken fallen ab, Fenster klemmen, aus den Waschbecken in den Zimmern kommt kein Wasser und Duschwasser wurde zeitweise nicht warm und anderes. Allerdings war die Ausstattung super (sogar Geschirrtücher, Seife etc) und es war extrem sauber! Im Gesamten ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhaltnis.

Toll für Familien mit Kids

ein tolles Objekt, ideal mit drei Familien konnten wir die Zeit im Haus genießen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind gut und wie auf den Fotos. Lediglich die technische Einrichtung TV über magenta hat immer wieder Schwierigkeiten gemacht. Das war etwas nervig. Ansonsten nix zu meckern! Tischtennis super, Billiard im Keller war etwas beengt, aber auch schön.

Familienurlaub

Aufteilung und Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut. Lage zu Willingen auch gut. Das Haus ist aber leider sehr abgewohnt und nicht sauber, überall Spinnweben und dreckige Fenster. Der Garten war auch nicht gepflegt. Das Schlimmste war jedoch der extrem muffige Geruch. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Schönes, leider etwas vernachlässigtes Haus

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und toll gelegen. Leider war zu vermuten, dass die Eigentümer nicht all zu oft vor Ort sind. Die Schlafzimmer konnten teils nicht abgedunkelt werden, weil die Rollladengurte abgerissen waren. Die Tischtennisschläger waren komplett zerfleddert, teilweise hatten sie keinen Belag mehr. Die Billiardkös waren bis auf einen durchgebrochen. Zweimal hatten wir Stromausfall wegen Überlastung des Stromkreislaufs. Wenn die Lampen in Küche und am Essbereich etwas leistungsstärkere Glühbirnen gehabt hätten, wäre das sehr hilfreich gewesen.

Zeer slechte gang van zaken

Het was opzich een prima weekend. Alleen klopt de advertentie niet helemaal. Er staat pas gerenoveerd maar hier klopt niks van. De plafond in de badkamer bladdert af, als je een deur open wilt doen heb je de deurklink in de hand en de staat van de meubels laat ook te wensen over. Een goede tip als je hier naartoe gaat is goed foto's te maken van als iets al kapot is. Wij hebben een dikke rekening gekregen. Dit zal zijn geweest voor 2 bedden en een lamp die kapot zal zijn. De lampenkap (niet heel de lamp zoals ze het deden kijken) hebben wij inderdaad zelf schuld aan. Echter de bedden niet. Na het ontvangen van foto's gaat het maar om 1 bed maar dat zeggen ze niet. Bij dat bed klapte de poten er midden in de nacht zomaar onderweg waardoor ik op de grond lag en daar de rest van het weekend kon slapen. Dit heb ik niet direct gemeld en hier profiteren ze van. Na het vragen van een kostenoverzichr krijg je hier gewoon geen reactie meer op. Zelf zijn ze helemaal niet in het huis geweest om te kijken maar hebben ze alles gehoord van de huishoudster. Dus als je genaaid wil worden waar je bij staat moet je gezellig hier naar toe gaan!!!

Heerlijk huis op een top lokatie.

Huis is zeer ruim en heeft alle nodige zaken aanwezig. Leuk ook de pingpong tafel en pooltafel die verblijf (vooral voor de tieners) aangenamer maken. Huis was schoon en netjes gemaakt voor aankomst. Wel zou het verbeteren/renovatie van de toiletten/badkamers mogen, zijn daar wel aan toe.
