「We rented this house for an extended family trip to DC for graduation. It was very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to accommodate 8 adults and 2 teenagers! The neighborhood was great with restaurants, coffee, and grocery within blocks. It is a total gem and the hosts were very responsive. We highly recommend this rental.」

「Everything was great! Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that the end table in the livingroom and nightstand in bedroom did not appear to have been wiped down. There was something sticky on them. And a minor oversight (becuase this should have been done by prior guest) was that the coffee pot still had a used coffee filter with grounds in it.
