Great location with view in 2 directions
Great apartment for 2 people. The view was great on 2 directions.
The only downside was the very soft, almost nonexistent pillow. Definitely need to have another option in the cupboard
Overall a nice stay & well equipped kitchen & bathroom

Loved the location in terms of walkability to QPAC, State Library, GOMA, West Village and Boundary Street West End. Perfect for river walks and an endless choice of restaurants.
The view from the apartment at daybreak and sunset, was simply stunning. The apartment was well equiped with necessities.
Communication with Olivia was great, she checked in on me when I first arrived and I appreciated that. As I'd booked 24 nights, I really would've appreciated some drawers in the bedroom, and so it was annoyring to still have to keep unhung clothes in suitcases. For a few days it wouldn't been fine.
If you like to sleep past 5am (trains are loud), or don't like a soft mattress this might not work for you.
I'd stay again for a short period.

Nice little apartment with city views
Location was great, easy walk to South Bank restaurants and Brisbane CBD. Woolworths Metro is just around the corner.
Key access is via a lock box across from the apartment.
Issue in arrival was dealt with quickly. Apartment is cosy and quiet, perfect for a couple. The bed and pillows were comfortable but no blanket available if needed.
Air-conditioning in all areas and ceiling fan in bedroom.
Beautiful view of the city from the balcony.
Rooftop pool is a nice place to relax.
Excellent communication, easy to find the apartment and onsite parking hassle free.

The information provided stated there was a garbage chute on every level. There was not one on Level 21 that I could find.

Too many initial requests to show id before giving directions to access accommodation via a lock outside. Arrived to find no bedding or towel for 3rd guest even though we paid an extra $100 for 2 nights. Agent refused to accept it was their error and kept suggesting we didn’t provide special requirements (booking for additional guest clearly isn’t enough information!).
