A lovely family catch up

Spotlessly clean, fantastic quiet area. Close to local shops heaps of off lead dog parks as well.John is always happy to answer any questions you might have, and easily contacted.Nudgee Beach pub has really good food a small kid's play area where we caught up with family (5 kid's under 10) for lunch A great property, fantastic communication from owner, highly recommend

Home away from home

Outstanding property had everything we needed . Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay away from home as it felt like home.John the host was excellent with communication and helped with everything we needed.Would highly recommend and would stay again if we head to Queensland again for sure.

Superb stay

I had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful property. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress free, comfortable and enjoyable. The little touches were so appreciated and thoughtful; a bottle of bubbles in the fridge, tim tams, a fruit bowl, even the dog did not miss out. I cannot thank the host enough for providing a tranquil and beautiful place to stay. The host was gracious enough to allow us to inspect the property to ensure it was appropriate for our dog. The property is in a great location, close to dog parks, local shops, the airport and the gateway. I highly recommend this property, I will be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you to the host for an outstanding property and stay.

Quiet, well-appointed home

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. John has thought of everything you might need and provided it. Good communication made check-in a breeze. Central air conditioning was a blessing and easily defeated the Brisbane heat. Easy access to nearby grocery station, railroad station, and highway.

Amazing stay

John's place was a beautifully presented and peaceful house in a fantastic location, very close to the airport and had everything you need. It really felt like a home away from home. John was very helpful when we needed to check in with very late notice. Would recommend to others.

Best VRBO ever!

My family and I were in Brisbane for two and a half weeks to visit relatives. We reside in the USA. This was by far the cleanest, nicest, best kept, most nicely furnished, open, airy, well lit, sufficiently powered (electrical sockets and USB ports everywhere), everything you could ever want short term rental we have ever stayed at! John (the owner) was fantastic. Simply the best. We are so grateful to have found such a lovely place and we plan on returning in the future!

John was a wonderful host. He contacted me as soon as I booked our stay. Our house was super clean and had everything you needed. (Like being at home in your own home ). Great location, easy to get around and shops not far away. Would recommend Johns place for your stay, we will defiantly stay there again.

Temporary accommodation

This was our second stay at John’s house, for emergency accomodation while our property is being repaired under insurance. John’s house was perfect again for both myself, partner and our animals. It was in a great location with easy access to the motorway. The house was extremely clean and had well presented with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend John’s house

Emergency accommodation

John's house has been perfect for our emergency accommodation after our house was recently flooded. It is so ideal for our family that we have already made another booking and really want our insurers, to extend our stay here until they have completed the repairs on our home. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Temporary home in between moving to new house

We had to quickly find a place for the family, including our two dogs, after settlement got delayed. John's place was perfect, and his hospitality and concern for our family and the dogs was saintly. He went out of his way to accommodate our awkward circumstances. It's a 5 start pet friendly home, with 5 start hospitality from John.

Fantastic Pet Friendly Property, Managed By A Sensational Host

Our family (including our two British Bulldogs), have lived in this lovely property, for the last two months, as we transition homes. The property itself is exactly as represented on the website, kept spotless and beautifully maintained. Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, no traffic, very peaceful, fully dog fenced and secure all around and lots of room for kids or dogs to run around, perfect for those families with fur babies. House has ample room for a family, has everything one would need for a long stay, which was perfect for our situation, as all our belongings were sent to storage prior to taking ownership of our new home. What sets this property apart from others is the way it is managed by the host - John. John is a dog lover who is also passionate about maintaining his property and ensuring his guests are happy, whether they be two legged or four! John kept in discreet contact with us during our entire stay, just to make sure all was ok and if we needed anything it was actioned immediately. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable John. In short, we would highly recommend this property to anyone, but particularly those who may be renovating or transitioning homes, have family and or fur babies - this is the one for you! Alan & Nel

Fantastic family stay.

Top Spot

We highly recommend this very comfortable home. It was ideal for our family with super comfortable beds, very well appointed with everything you need including an air fryer and coffee machine. Everything is so new, fresh and spotlessly clean. The family loved the big screen and the awesome recliner lounges and I really appreciated the location. Quite cul de sac not too far from the city, and only 4 minutes from Nudgee Golf Club, 8 minutes from Virginia Golf Club and 14 minutes from Royal Qld golf club. And our fur child loved the yard with the secure fence and visiting the great dog beach at Sandgate.

Luxurious home, perfectly located close to the airport

This well appointed home was just perfect for our family. There was room for the kids, a lovely lounge room and everything we needed for a perfect stay. The adjustable bed in the main bedroom was extra special. It lifted me up into the perfect viewing position to watch the good-sized flat screen while enjoying a coffee from the Lavazza coffee maker. Pure luxury. Speaking of luxury, we loved the Bamboo sheets and the super soft towels. I also liked the feel of the house with plantation shutters all around. This house has been designed with guests in mind and the extra inclusions such as the cot, bassinet, and high chair were invaluable when travelling with our little one. Thank you so much John, you are an excellent host who treated us like family. We'll be back!
