Great view and location not so great house 😞

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, very disappointed with the house. Needs a lot of maintenance done.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is the best part. The house needs maintenance lounge room light not working. Septic overflows, nails sticking out on the ramp at the back. Hot water pipe broken and steam coming up through the veranda. The kitchen equipment needs updating, frying pans are very old and everything sticks, one wind glass in the house, chipped plates. The house was not cleaned on arrival dirty bedding, rubbish and bottles everywhere.
