Enjoy this well appointed, nicely styled ground floor unit. With the enclosed patio, you can sit and enjoy your wine or beer and watch the sunsets. Close to Bribie Hotel, takeaways, cafes, restaurants and IGA shopping complex. Pool, bike paths, kids play ground and walking tracks across the road as well as great fishing spots.

Family friendly with the water just over the road. Great kayak and paddleboarding safe for kids easy access to shops and good walks as well as cycling.
