I booked two nights at Imperial Motel and paid extra for early check-in because I had a hospital appointment that afternoon. Despite this, they never sent me the entry code, and I spent over an hour on the phone, trying to get help… just like another reviewer warned. No one answered, and neither the motel nor Expedia was helpful in resolving it.
Because of the delay, I missed my appointment, and ended up not staying the two nights at all. So far, there’s been no sign of a refund either. If Expedia helps sort it out, I’ll update this review. But right now, I would not recommend staying here, especially if you need reliability.
To be fair, there were a few friendly cleaners buzzing around when I arrived but that was the only part that felt human. Otherwise, it’s completely unstaffed, and even if you pay for early check-in, don’t expect to receive a code or any support. Avoid.
