The Mistletoe Manor is a magical, fully Christmas-themed 2-bedroom 850 sq ft retreat that sleeps up to 6 guests (3 queen beds) and delivers festive joy in every room — even the bathroom! Located just 1.5 miles from downtown Bristol, this cozy home blends holiday cheer with modern comforts, creating an unforgettable experience for families, couples, or groups of friends any time of year.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
• Bedroom 1: Plush queen bed, cozy Christmas décor.
• Bedroom 2/Game Room: Custom queen-over-queen bunk beds with a 500 lb weight capacity on both top and bottom — safe and comfy for kids or adults!
• Living room includes a cozy sectional and space for pack-n-play if needed. (we provide)

Whether you’re traveling with kids or a group of friends, the sleeping setup is perfect for spreading out and settling in. 🚫 No Parties Policy 🚫

The number of guests listed on your reservation must match the number of people staying overnight at the property. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.

For the safety of our property and guests, we have exterior cameras. If a party is held, vrbo will be notified, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

If you are planning a small gathering or visit, please message us before booking so we can discuss and approve it in advance. Unauthorized gatherings may result in removal from the property and loss of your booking payment.

It was a very cozy and warm feeling house and we loved the decorations! Very clean house and the outside and yard is very nice with some outdoor games and a fire pit! The only thing that was an issue was that the only bathroom was downstairs and had to walk up and down the steps to use the bathroom!! Other than that it is a very cozy and nice house and we would most likely stay again if we get a chance to!!
