"Hyatt Place Herndon/Dulles Airport-East at 13711 Sayward Blvd, Herndon, VA 20171, United States This is a typical nicer upscale hotel close to the airport. Elevator access to rooms on each floor from inside of the building. No access to your room from the outside is always what makes it better. The only issue I had was being charged $4 for a bottle of water but the $4 on the cookie 🍪 tasted excellent. Other than that they had a robust continental breakfast which was pretty good each morning. They offered shuttle bus service staff too and from the airport and the front desk staff accommodated one of my requests. The rooms were nice, clean and organized and pretty big for the price. The neighborhood was definitely a bonus to me. Extra plus because they had a wooded area that had a walking trail. This gave me time to meditate and to relax in peace on this journey. Overall I would actually stay at this hotel again in the future. "

"I am normally a Marriott lady, I gave Hilton a try and they exceeded my expectations. Aaron the night manager and Tameka front desk were very friendly and informative. Those two alone is why I will return to this property and give Hilton another chance. The rooms were clean, the morning staff was also great. "
