Aeltliches Objekt in sehr schön ruhiger Lage nach Hinten! Wohnung brixen Top 3 in Renovierung, die noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen sein dürfte: offene Elektroleitung oben im Bad, Abdeckrahmen des Schalters in der Küche fehlt, Lampe in der Küche, etc. Föhn funktionierte leider nicht in der Badzimmersteckdose, aber woanders gab es keinen Spiegel! Der Kaltwasserhahn im Bad tropfte permanent.Aber positiv anzumerken: neue Möbel im Wohn-/Schlaftraum (nicht jedoch in der Küche), neuer Teppichboden, Fernsehen funktionierte gut! Insgesamt alles wohl dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen. Ich käme damit nochmals klar. Mangelhaft, die Wäschezuteilung für 14 Tage etwas unklar. Habe die Handtücher von dem nicht gebuchten Zweitbett in der zweiten Woche genommen. Ein Trockentuch für 14 Tage ist jedoch zu wenig! In der Bettwäsche kann man m.E. wohl 14 Tage schlafen. Für die Küche leider nur ein Trockentuch vorgefunden.Ich hatte jedoch privat vorgesorgt. Wohin sollte der zu trennende Müll in den 14 Tagen entsorgt werden? Ich habe mir zu helfen gewusst, war aber etwas unschön. Und, bitte, wenn nur ein Bett gebucht wird, das Zweite, bitte, nicht beziehen: Verleumderische Wirkung! Mit diesen Kleinigkeiten habe ich die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort mal nicht bedacht! Mein Aufenthalt in Brixen im Thale war insgesamt okay!
