"This property is cosy, super-convenient to everything and gorgeous. Communication with the host is fantastic and it's the perfect getaway for Brixham. We were so comfortable, everything has been thought of and only one set of steps up from the town which you'll quickly realise is brilliant news! Super clean too. "Lovely cottage and huge dog friendly gardens. Great base for walking, we walked from the cottage to Dittisham and got the ferry to Greenway then continued to Kingswear to get ferry to Dartmouth. Only suggested changes we'd make would be blackout curtains as outside lights shone through, and tea and coffee to be provided, everything else was great."

"Our stay at Rosemary Cottage Annex was very comfortable. The bed was so nice, and the cottage was spotless. Beware the cottage is down a steep lane, but once there the view is well worth it. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and coffee and tea available, amenities we have had at every other accommodation we stayed at during our tour of the U.K. "

Decor is a little tired and a few things needed replacing (blind string fell apart from what looks like a previous repair). However had a genuinely great time and would recommend. "

"I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...
