Very nice small boutique hotel in central Brno. Our room was clean and nicely decorated with a beautiful painted ceiling and stained glass window. Could have used some more shelves in the bathroom but other then that all was good!

Hotellets läge är väldigt bra, rummen helt okej och sängen någorlunda skön. Sen lämnar det mycket övrigt att önska. Faciliteterna är gamla, rummen lyhörda och frukostbuffén en total katastrof. Kaffet borde inte ens få kallas kaffe, det varma är kallt och övriga saker torra samt smakar unket. Jag älskar dock Brno som stad. Hit kommer jag återkomma många gånger - men inte till detta smaklösa hotell.

Good location close to several restaurants, nice room with magnificant roof, frech bathroom. The breakfast was simply but good. Disadvantage was the service in the breakfastroom, nobody refilled the plates when they were empty. We should stay here again. The staff in the reception were serviceminded.

The hotel Royal Ricc is in a very convenient location only a block from the main Square in the City Hall. There are several restaurants and bar bars nearby. There is one with very good beer next to our window, however. It hasn’t bothered us, but it might bother someone who is a light sleeper. They offered to move us, but we chose to stay where we were because the room was really awesome!

Quirky and charismatic hotel that was perfectly placed for our stay in Brno. Baroque style room added to the ambience we were after for our festive visit to the markets. Friendly staff that remained mostly inconspicuous but always available to assist. Breakfast was typical european but plentiful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent location in the historical centre of the town, easy to access from the railway station by tram or on foot, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. The hotel personnel was very kind and helpful, the hotel itself is in a renovated and recently extended ancient building from 16. century - very impressive and comfortable at the same time.

Klein aber fein, mit Charme.

Das Haus hat einen besonderen Charakter. Toller Kachelofen im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Die Betreiber und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Trotz viel Betrieb auf den Strassen ruhiges Zimmer. Bequemste Matratze, auf der ich je in einem Hotel geschlafen habe.

Hotel Royal Ricc has friendly staff and a nice location for checking out the Christmas markets. All was well apart from a total lack of TV reception, a noisy fridge and constantly varying temperature of the shower. A comfortable bed and a good breakfast made up for that.

Convenient location but no socket on the table.

There is no socket on the table. The heater cannot keep the room warm enough even the temperature I have setup to 30 degree. The breakfast is normal. The location is convenient to both main railway station and to other rails.

Loved this hotel

The hotel was quaint, cute and good value for money; with the character of the building retained. The staff were friendly and were happy to accommodate an early check in! Breakfast was nice - with a good range of options - overall good value for money! P.s the bar/pub opposite is a good place to check out some traditional Czech food! Beware of the large portions though!

The rooms are badly soundproofed. Our deluxe room was very small. There was only lukewarm water in the shower, no hot water. The air conditioning did not work. The safe was too small. Breakfast on the second day was a disaster: half an hour before the end, all the buffet plates were empty and there was no refilling. All the tables were full of dirty crockery and the tables were not cleared. As a guest, you didn't feel welcome at all.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of almost everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the main drawback was the bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. I could feel the coils pressing into my back, which was quite disappointing.
