"Well, with the deal that Expedia gave me and for the purpose that I was using the hotel this was a great place to stay. The room was nice size. Everything that I needed was there it could’ve been a better breakfast but for the price that I paid I am not complaining."

"After spending 12 hours in the car, it was fine. I requested a room close to the elevator when I booked it, but they didn't have one assigned to me and had to search for one, but they did find one. All we did was sleep, shower in the AM and hit the road, so it was fine. Didn't use the pool, eat breakfast or use their shampoo, etc."

"Really well maintained and lovely property. Good food purchased for breakfast. Free coffee. Parking pretty much non-existent unless you pay the $60 per day fee or walk down a nasty street for $25 per day. Rooms were beautiful but very very small. TV and beds were amazing. No storage whatsoever for clothes unless hanging. Short stays are fine. Excellent location for walking around Downtown."

"The staff are very helpful and pleasant especially front desk and valet. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included in room price but they do have a good restaurant with plated breakfast. The cleaning staff cleaned each day which is rare nowadays. Walked to Progressive Field a short two blocks. Great experience"

"Carpet had not been thoroughly cleaned, bedding was hanging unevenly down the sides of the mattresses, toilet paper was nearly empty and had been re-rolled onto its metal holder which fell continuously with use."
