「We enjoy d a delightful overnight stay at the porch house. The staff were helpful and friendly and our room was very comfortable with delightful decor. We didn’t eat at here because it was fully booked ,but the dining room looked very nice .Hope to be back one day !」

The room was hot but we are in a heat wave and they provide a fan which we made full use of! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. The beds were super comfortable our two night stay was excellent -see you again The Swan!」

「We spent 2 nights at the Volunteer Inn in September in a room with shared bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all great. The breakfast was good and the pub downstairs is a good spot for a drink. Our room faces the road but was very quiet and did not get any noise from the pub. Given the cost of staying in Chipping Campden, we felt the rate was very reasonable.」

「The dark haired gentleman that served us was wonderful at his job. He was kind and laughed as we arrived from a late train to quickly change outfits in the toilets and run off to not miss our show with promise to return and check in properly. He took it in stride and when we returned hours later he had sorted our bags and welcomed us with joy. We had a wonderful dinner, drinks and dessert before tucking in our cozy, clean and safe home for the night with his assurance that should anything go...

「Located in a small village and overlooking the scenic Cotswolds, this small hotel has plenty to offer in fine dining. A car is a must, however there are pleasant and short drives to nearby walkable towns. 」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」

「The inn is very clean and lots of space in the lobbies and back garden. Beautiful location and right in the center of the village. The staff is exceptionally helpful from the front desk to the cleaning crew, all are friendly and attentive! 」
