「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「The staff were all so lovely and welcoming! The room was the perfect size and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, shower was great and an overall great stay. The only negative I have is there is a small section in the room which have sensors that can trigger an alarm which I think is a bit annoying. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!」

「Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money in the expensive London. Transportation to the city centre is just around the corner. There is no elevator in the building and may be difficult to carry your luggages to the 2/F through the narrow staircase.」

「A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
