「Sink Faucet in the main bathroom was wobbly, had difficulty turning on cold tap. Wall paint in main bathroom was peeling off. Parking was not that great . We have to park in the street after 7pm if you want free parking. We ended up staying in the property from4pm til 7pm so we can secure the spot where we were parked. We were afraid there won’t be available parking spot if we leave our parking spot. I don’t feel like the bedsheets were freshly laundered. My pillow case doesn’t smell like it was...

「The home was perfect for our party of 8 people for a week long baseball tournament! We especially appreciated the two living room spaces (teenagers downstairs and adults upstairs), the super easy street parking and three full bathrooms. The host is super responsive and the communication was clear. I highly recommend this home.」

「Jeff was an excellent host. Quick to respond to any questions. It is a lovely place to stay for that city feel. We were able to walk to foodies for groceries. Plus they had a deli and meat counter that was fabulous. In fact, that was our dinner one night after we’d been out site seeing all day. We bought stuff from Foodies to heat up for dinner. It was a good stay! Of note: I didn’t notice if it talked about this when I booked it but it is up three flights of stairs. Only a problem for...

「Brought my family of 5 to Boston for a Red Sox game and some sight seeing. We were able to walk basically everywhere and had the BEST TIME! The location was ideal, unit is immaculate with everything you’d ever need for your stay. I work for a STR management company, and self-managing is HARD! Amy does an incredible job and if I’m ever in Boston, I know where I’ll be staying. Thanks for everything.」

「Location was great. Enjoy your stay.」

「The property is very nice once you get inside. It is large and well-stocked. However the stairs in the front are very difficult to navigate, especially if you have luggage. Also there is nothing much within walking distance and is not in a great neighborhood, one Uber driver commented that I was brave to stay there. Also there is a cleaning fee, but the guest is required to take out the trash and wash all dishes.」

「Great location and A/C a huge plus! However, one of the beds was broken and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. In general, furniture is uncomfortable throughout. If we stayed longer than a weekend it would have been a bigger issue. The unit was surface clean but not consistently clean throughout. Host was excellent with communication prior to the stay. Easy access.」

「Small unit, but very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. Also very nice having a washer and dryer on site to do laundry. It was very convenient.」

「East access, great communication, clean and well done. I’d definitely stay here again.」

「The stay was great! Bridget was a great host and great with communication. Parking was the hardest part. And honestly that’s Boston. Nothing against the host at all. 」
