- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Well-located little base

A clean and bright little base to explore the New Forest. The location is exceptional - a short stroll into the centre of Brockenhurst and onto the Forest. Also near the train station for trains and bus connections. The train line isn't too noisy at all. We would stay again.
