Family Yearly Trip

My family that consists of 12 total stayed at the Family Time cabin and it was more than expected! Everyone had a room, all utensil & kitchenware available, tons of household appliances all in good working condition and so much more! Will definitely would love to stay again!

Spring break

This was the perfect family spring break gateway with little kids! The play ground and multiple outdoor entertainment options made for nonstop fun! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and fully stocked for cooking. Lifetime memories were made and we will definitely be back!

Cousins trip

This cabin was perfect for our girl cousins trip! We each had our own bedroom and private or shared bath on the ground floor adjacent to the great room. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions, and we enjoyed morning coffee on the back sunroom next to the patio with a beautiful view. Will definitely return and request this cabin specifically!!

Very peaceful

Plenty of room and space for everybody, great gathering area in the kitchen and living room. Nice outdoors. Plenty of activities for the kids. And deer greeted me in the front and backyard most mornings when I was drinking my coffee.

Spacious clean cabin

Cabin was spacious and clean. Layout of the cabin is great. The only downside are the large potholes in the road leading to the cabin. However the roads are nice and wide.

Everything it said

I have to tell you; this property was everything it said it was. I was clean, spectacular view, including the deer we seen every morning. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Even though we didn't need much the property manager was quick to respond to the couple of questions we did. Would highly recommend this cabin.

Great little cabin!

Stayed here to celebrate my birthday with my wife and some friends. Cabin was absolutely perfect, we loved the atmosphere and location. Cabin was clean, and the layout was perfect for our group. Only issue I would say was the roads getting to the cabin, which is more than likely outside the owners control. They are pretty horrible, was lucky that everyone who attended drove trucks otherwise would have been a rough ride! Will book again next year!

Family New Years

We always come to Broken Bow for our annual New Years family get together. Family Time cabin was everything and then some for this gathering. I was able to make wonderful memories with all my children and husband. It’s a blessing as a mother to still spend this kind of time with my grown children and this cabin had the ample space for all of us to enjoy horseshoes, cornhole and even our traditional karaoke that we brought I highly recommend Family Time cabin!!!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is beautiful. The 5 bedrooms and 3 baths gave us all plenty of space. There are 3 outdoor areas! The fire pit, the back deck and the play area for the kids made sure we all had a place to have fun. The hot tub was an added bonus. The cabin is well stocked with everything you could need. The State Park is nearby and a great place to hike. Also, there is a brewery, a winery and a pizza place quite close to the property. Only negative is the road to the cabin. I live where there are potholes but this road was full of craters. I realize that this is not in the control of the cabin owners but it did take away from the enjoyment of the area.

Perfect amenities & lovation

Stayed 2 nights when the fall weather was perfect for evenings by the outdoors fire pit. We played horseshoes, cooked hot dogs & s’mores (provided with the cabin) and used the hot tub both evenings. Yes the roads are kinda rough but that stops people speeding through the area!! All of us were drawn to the front porch swing-counted a total of 13 deer at the squirrel feeder ;) when my husband and I sat on the swing in the early morning. The close proximity to Hochatown made it convenient to grab a pizza from Grateful Head during halftime. This rental truly does provide endless opportunities to enjoy the surrounding area-hiking trails, water sports, hunting for crystals or visiting the many shops. We will definitely be renting it again for next year’s gathering.

Family time cabin

We have rented many properties with Vrbo. Most boasting of a well equipped kitchen only to find it lacking. But this property was spot on. We cooked all our meals and had plenty of pots pans dishes, etc. plenty of space and amenities. The kids liked the swing set, horse shoes, and bag toss. The water guns were a big surprise for us all. Decor was beautifully laid out for fall without any scary elements. Quiet neighborhood during the week. The weekend got a bit noisy but settled down around 10-11pm. As others expressed the road to the cabin had some large pot holes. We planned accordingly with our vehicles and had no problem. We enjoyed our vacation very much.

Nice place for a family or 5 couples

Lots of room for everyone. Lots of supplies such as cooking were already there. Outside games are supplied, horseshoes, cornhole, and ladder ball (found out how to play when I was there). The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Deer, squirrels and rabbits come up to the front yard every morning so be sure to let the kids see them. The location was plenty close to everything going on. In most cases everything is within 15 minutes. There is a large center table with plenty of room for everyone to sit down and have an evening meal. There are decorations that you will most likely want to clear off and relocate so that everyone can see each other. One thing in question is the road to getting there does have a few potholes. Small cars are not really advisable. The road is NOT soley for this cabin but is on the way to it once you turn off of the main hwy. Overall, this is a really nice cabin to rent for a long weekend/week for the family are upto 5 couples.

It was a fantastic stay!! We had our four children and our dog with us and it was loved by all. The cabin is beautiful and has such a wonderful home touch, loved the 4th of July decorations! We loved our stay and will be back!

This cabin was perfect for what we needed. We had four couples and a plus one with everybody somewhere to have privacy and a bed. All of the small details and the great decoration has never been done quite like this cabin. I give them five stars for comfort and beauty. I would come back to this cabin time and time again. I look forward to being a repeat customer.
