「We had a wonderful stay at Le Refuge. The location was great for visiting the region and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everything you would need was thought of, from basic food supplies like spices and oils, to soaps, shampoos, and conditioner. There are board games and books if you need some entertainment, but we were kept busy touring the area, so we didn’t have an opportunity to use them. We would definitely choose this cottage if we visit the area again.」

À moins de 20 minutes des montagnes et 35 min de Jay Peak. Magnifique cuisine pour de bonnes bouffes. Cuisinière au gaz un peu difficile à utiliser et départ un peu trop tôt. Chambres confortables et bien isolées. On recommande !」

「Upon arrival, we did not have the code to get the keys to enter the house, had problems contacting the owner/manager. We wanted to BBQ our first night but there was no propane. Contacted owner again who called the neighbour as propane was locked in the garage. Neighbour was not home. We were told to purchase propane and be reimbursed. It was too late to do so. So no BBQ. We ran short of toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods so bought some, left a few and took the rest home. We were told...

There was never a moment that we felt crowded. The areas is nice and remote and very quiet. Just the way we wanted. Pierre was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!」
