Very warm and friendly welcome by the staff, easy check in, airy, bright and a cozy as well as an inviting lounge area. A lovely atmosphere, old but elegant pub, lovely rooms, very clean and tidy throughout and the best sleep ever on the most comfortable beds! Loved navigating to our room through various levels and a short ceiling passage. Since it's an old building, we had the room with slightly lower roof and our heads were just about touching the roof in the shower😅we loved it though! The English breakfast was delicious and quite a large portion. Very wholesome. Easy check out. Lovely experience overall and worth every penny!

The Falcon is a very old and quirky building. The interior is old fashioned but very in keeping with the age of the hotel. Our room and bathroom were very clean and tidy and we were well stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits. The staff were all really lovely, friendly and helpful but the best part of our stay was the food which was delicious and plentiful, even the snack plates. Would definitely stay again.

Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again.

Very friendly and helpful staff; food was good; the only downside was beyond their control: access to the car park was awkward because of scaffolding and the bus stop outside . Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

A great family stay

Fantastic service, comfort and value for our family of four when attending a nearby food festival. A historic building, so lacking some of the conveniences of a modern hotel, but this is to be expected and was no trouble at all.
