"This is a very ancient timber beamed pub and inn in an historic old town. There’s car parking at rear, and a buzzy atmosphere. "Interesting old building, comfortable and clean apart from some cleaning product in sink, not rinsed away. It was pleasantly cool during this hot spell..the location was very quiet though there was noise from the air-con system at Asda building next door. We weren’t disturbed by the Asda loading ..."

"Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else.
