“When I first checked in I had to wait for a staff member to show up at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet constantly ran. Reported it to the front desk it was never rectified. There was blood stains on one of the bath towels. I mentioned it to housekeeping but when she brought different towels there were several black stains. I would have left but I was from our of state attending a wedding for a close relative and no other lodging was available……

“Property and building were poorly taken care of. Weeds all over . My thought right away upon entering was that if the outside area is full of weeds and garbage then what does the inside look like. I wasn’t far off, floors and other areas dirty and everything seemed cheap.”

“It was about the only choice in the area we needed to be. Nothing special. Cheap amenities…towels, TP, plastic utensils and glasses, no outdoor patio or seating. The price was not supported by the grade of accommodations.”

“Chose not to even stay at the hotel based on the appearance of the outside building. Broken sign, peeling siding, outgrown greenery, broken soffit, and broken hotel windows. The building itself felt unsafe and unwelcoming.”
