「Had an amazing time look forward to visiting again」

「Disappointed in the cleanliness of the property, dusty, bugs, dirty windows. One fork and one washcloth for two people for six days. Fireplace did not work...」

「The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 3. Our contact was courteous. The house location was great for Bell Smith Spring Trails. It’s not too far from the Garden of the rocks and the Rim Rock Trail. There was a small restaurant nearby in case travelers don’t want to cook. 」

「This is an older home that has a lot of issues. The floors are uneven and the windows don’t open. It is in a quiet neighborhood although next to a road with some night traffic. The light over the kitchen sink needs replacing and that would allow some softer light in the kitchen. It is sparsely furnished so it doesn’t seem too comfortable for a lengthy stay. We just needed a clean place to crash for the night and it met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure....
