「The bathroom was dirty unpin arrival but the nice ,helpful,and thoughtful men at the front counter(he had dreads) came and refresh the bathroom so we can at less use it.I really appreciate him doing that.The next day I called front desk trying to explain the situation because he told me to request room services for a complete cleaning of the restroom.As I was explaining the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish and just interrupt me.I thought that was rude of her.The room services came she...

「The location is awesome. The communication with property mgr did not happen anytime before check in. When we got there we had to call back to back to get let into the house. Lady said no one was booked when we were in fact and provided our reservation details. She had no idea! When we got into the property it was not even cleaned! We had to hurry up and get changed for rehearsal dinner and leave. while gone the cleaning crew came. Smelled nice when we got back and beds were madeLike it should...

「Very good experience at this place. Host was very respectful and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. The only problem was that we only stayed two nights. Hopefully next time we can stay more days. My kids had fun in the pool. The sound system in the living room and outside is amazing. Thanks」
