「The cottage was nice and clean. It was in the perfect location for our day trips, and very close to North Rustico. I gave 2 star for listing accuracy, as we thought was on a beach spot and could kayak right from the cottage. This was not the case. There is no direct access to the bay, a staircase to the waterfront is quite ways away. This was a big seeking point to booking this cottage and was a disappointment. 「We loved our stay at Cordial house. The house has a lot of charm. I appreciate that they had ample amounts of towels, soap and toilet paper for our week stay. This was a legit cabin so creaky floors and old time looking decorations. The view alone would give us reason to book here again. Our kids loved being in the yard and watching the sunset. 「Overall, a lovely century home with older features we would have expected. It definitely suited our purposes for twelve people. However, we left a list of items that would have been helpful as well as safety and fire concerns. Our biggest disappointment was we were assured of a bed on the main floor for our 90 year old mother to stay with us. A mattress taken off a bunk bed and left on the living room floor was not what we expected.」
