Ice machine broken and the ice from staff was very little. No hot tub because of vomit. No hot water for showers at night and in morning. Very expensive room for such poor quality.

Great room. The staff was wonderful. They even cleaned my room and made up the bed and we didn't ask them on the first morning. We left them a tip.
