"The cabin was perfect. The property is peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch listening to the birds. We walked around the property a bit and found a big old turtle shell in the woods that we left on the back porch. I wish we would’ve stayed a few more nights. Certainly is a great place to relax and unwind. "

"We were happy with our surroundings the moment we drove up to our cabin in the woods. It was so pretty and peaceful. The birds sang to us while we sat on the front porch drinking hot chocolate in the evening, and woke us with songs the next morning. The cabin was very nicely furnished, with a comfortable reclining chair and sofa in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, large walk in shower, and a queen sized bed that was perfect for a great night’s sleep. We didn’t use the second bedroom...

"I was here for an educational conference. The hotel was ok. I had a service dog with me which is with my friend at all times. She is trained to let him know that his blood glucose is too low or too high and to seek help for him. The staff on the first day were great. On the second day, the service dog (small Chihuahua) moved onto a chair in the front lobby to allow the staff to clean near her. Issues with our recent stay
"Dear Hotel Management/Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. While our room had comfortable beds with pillows, we had a horrible view that detracted from our experience. Additionally, the remodeling of Shoney's restaurant during our stay caused significant disruption. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was not fresh, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, we were overcharged by Hotel.com for our stay. Which i believe Holiday inn is part of Expedia. Due to these issues, we will not be returning. Thank you for your attention to these matters. "
