"Staff was nice until the night man he was rude and not helpful. Mold in showers , no air conditioning, phone did not work and the shower did work only use of the bath . Worst part was the sofa bed my adults kids slid off it in both room we had same problem. Only giving stars for the amenities my kids loved .

"Beautiful hotel within short driving distance of Brugge. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment it was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pools are really nice too. Only complaint is the lack of kitchen amenities (which is mainly my fault for not reading the description more closely). There's a small fridge and a microwave, that's it. If you're aware and plan accordingly, you can still have a cold breakfast in your room, so it becomes a non-issue."

"We had a wonderful stay here for two nights. The host was more than accommodating and really helpful. Rooms: we stayed in Chocolat which is quite private and on the side. Own private entrance. It has dual aspect windows looking out over the fields. Huge bathroom with jet tub and large shower. Nice amenties and well thought out. Coffee machine and kettle which is so helpful.
