From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and inviting. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the thoughtful touches in the room to the delicious breakfast spread. What made our stay even more special was the photoshoot we had booked for my nephew's matric dance. The hotel's facilities and staff made it a truly unforgettable experience. Overall, I would highly recommend the Fauchl Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run hotel with exceptional service. "Got to the place and it was in terrible condition. Dirty covers and bedbugs. No way was staying there. Contacted them to cancel reservation (with charge of one night) was planning on staying 5 nights. Didn't stay not one night. Never got a response from the hotel about cancelling the reservation. Instead my card was charged for a one night stay. No one should ever consider staying at the dump. Until this day still haven't heard from the hotel which a paid for and didn't stay not one night. If I could give it negative stars I would."
