「We got there and the front desk staff was lacking energy and talked very softly. The hotel does not have an elevator which was not advertised and was an issue. It took a manager to come in and get us all checked in, We went to our room and the bed wasn't made. The room was not clean. We then headed back to the front desk and it took another 15 minutes to get a clean room. The pool was also closed. Not a great experience.」
