「I would highly recommend this rental to friends and family. The home is so nicely decorated the kitchen is well equipped with every single thing you can think of inclusive of tea, sugar creamers. I was so pleased and my friend we were thinking about extending our weekend to possibly a week, however, responsibilities did not allow us to do that. I will definitely be back to this rental」

「Fully equipped and immaculately clean. Great location, teenagers were easily able to ride bikes to the club, lighthouse and the market. Everyone enjoyed the pool which gets maintenance DAILY. Ibis walking around, gorgeous live oak. Was a little worried it would be buggy but didn't get bit at all when enjoying the porch. Royal James is the best kept secret on BHI.」

「Perfect place for the family to relax when we weren’t at the beach. Kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was helpful with meals and pool was a great to get some additional time in the water. Porch and elevator were a bonus.」

「A quick nod and thank you to Gemma...what a hostess with the mostest. Our 3rd visit to this condo...literally 15 steps to one of the great Italian restaurants, (Joseph’s) at the marina. A view overlooking the marina is your backyard from the condo...spectacular. When you do book Joseph’s, ask for Marquis. He’s been there for close to 20 years and will make you feel like family.」

「Place was a great home for a week a few blocks from the beech. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean and views early and late of the creek behind the property.Great pool for various levels of swimming ability and overall nice community.」
