「This property has no place to put things, very minimal kitchen equipment, no lamps, no comfy chair, no TV instructions, no bedding for extra beds. Very clean but challenging to actually stay there. Outside box with key very difficult to access, broke two nails trying.」

「The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. 「Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice....
