I couldn’t open it, but luckily my sister was with me and was able to.When I checked out, I also had trouble and gave up and was about to ring the contact number, but tried again - and it worked first time. I have no idea what I did differently.”

"Excellent place - Just 5 mins walk to the Dock, Information Center (where most of the local tour gathers) and Salamanca Market. The hotel is also located next to the Elizabeth Mall and Chemist Warehouse for having meals and buying medicine if necessary. Room is clean and in modern style. The staffs are helpful to answer your questions. It is a perfect hotel if you are considering to visit Hobart. Highly recommended. "
