My phone was displaying weird and 4 stars was the most I could display. I would have selected 5 star for cleanliness. Bed was super comfortable and the place was big for the two of us. Felt kinda like an apartment, rather than a hotel. Seemed like a super safe neighbourhood. It was about a 20 min walk to the nearest bus stations, no big woop. Then about a 30 min bus to The Grand Place, where we spent most of our time. I recommend this hotel as a good, clean, spacious, economical option. Just know that it’s a quiet area and you’ll need to commute to get to the happenin spots.

Wow, what a place to stay. Brand new, designed SO well, in terms of logic and common sense. For the price this has been one of my favorite places to be. Yes, it's a little outside the 'Center' of Brussels but the Metro/Buses are easy. Cannot speak highly enough about this 'new' property.

スタッフはとても親切で、入室できないトラブルもすぐ解決してくれました。全てオンラインでしたが非常にスムーズにサポートしてくれました。お部屋も清潔で広く、完璧でした。私たちは冷房のある部屋を予約しましたが、冷房の機能は使えませんでした。翌日作業に来てくださいましたが、空調は機能しませんでした。冷房は月末から使えるようになるとの事でした。アレルギーがあるため寒めの部屋が必要だったのです。他のホテルに変更してもいいよと提案してくれましたが、予定通り宿泊しました。

Grundsätzlich sehr schön aber sehr laut wegen den noch nicht abgeschlossenen Bauarbeiten im komplex Personal spricht kein englisch schwierig zu kommunizieren auch die Technik für die Smarthome Einrichtung funktioniert nicht gut AC konnte nich ausgeschalten werden auch gab es eine Feueralarm Übung die nicht angekündigt wurde
