Excellent and central location to train station and Brussel attractions.
All in all hotel was great and staff accommodating. First night staff cleaning staff left the dirty glasses and cups and the next day they took Them but did not replace.
Front desk excellent and When asked replaced them.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were a tad small and a little outdated, but it was such a wonderful location and the staff was great, so it that made up for it. Plus if you are there to sightsee and enjoy the surrounding areas, it is exactly what you need. We were able to check in early too which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe too.

We opted to upgrade our room to larger room as we were staying 4 nights and happy we did. Every staff person we interacted with was positive, friendly and accommodated our requests. Our room was clean and it was fun to check out the roof top bar for the view at night. The area was safe to walk and easy to get around. We were very happy we booked in the downtown area. Lots of choice for restaurants and tours to book. In particular we recommend the city walking tours.

Location is ideal and hotel is nice. Breakfast buffet was better than expected. One night the hotel lost power but it came back after a couple of hours, mainly when everyone was sleeping. Staff were nice and courteous.
