Close to A&M

Very clean and updated apartment. We stayed to attend am A&M Basketball game and it was the perfect location. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a quick trio to Texas A&M

We felt right at home here and it was super close to A&M! The property manager was great at communicating every detail about the property making check in and our whole stay super effortless on our part. Apartment was clean and stocked well for visitors. We will definitely be back!

Great Place for Our Overnight Stay

Loved this cozy 2 bedroom apartment. Great theater seats for watching football! King beds were comfortable. Close to campus and various restaurants and bars. I definitely recommend this place.

Clean and great location

Apartment was very clean. Easy walk to north gate and campus. Perfect for game day. We enjoyed the cinema theme as well. It was a great setup to watch some of the other games in our downtime.

Unit was updated and very clean. Check in was easy. Beds very comfortable and towels were great. Was noise off welborn but expected. Used a white noise machine and it helped. For price and location great choice.

Stay for event at TAMU

The 2 bedroom apartment offered convenience for kids participating in the Junior Olympics. The adults enjoyed the comfortable beds, up to date kitchen and the supply of coffee pods for the Keurig. The teens loved the 4 recliners for viewing the big screen tv. The hosts were responsive and check in and out was a breeze.

Award winning stay

Cinema did not disappoint. I actually chose this place for the comfy movie chairs and they were great! Love this location for game day. Easy walk to Kyle field and tailgates. Condo offers all the necessary amenities. The owners are generous with toiletries and paper towels. Towels are nice and fresh! Always find these rentals to be very clean. We have stayed in this location for 3 years now. We will definitely return and highly recommend. They are always quick to respond if needed.

Great place but...

Everything about the place was perfect except the location. Apparently the apartment backs up to a night club so we couldn't sleep due to the loud music playing until 2am. Then the trains came rolling through. Good place but location is a no go next time.

Perfect for visiting A&M

This was a great stay! So close to everything we were visiting for my son’s college orientation. Very comfortable bed/bedding and had a great vibe. Would recommend a couple throw blankets for while watching TV, maybe an extra set of dishes and the doors kinda stick a little bit. But for how clean it was and how well cared for we were by the hosts, that was insignificant. Also, The Wi-Fi did go out a little bit, so we had to use our hotspot on our phone but again, it wasn’t a big deal. It was only out for a short time before the hosts were able to fix it. All in all, for the price and everything previously mentioned, I would recommend it 5/5 would definitely go again
