This was a perfect house for our weekend getaway. Kids enjoyed the pool while the adults caught up and used the grill!!!

Cow college visit

Communication was great!! The property was very nice. We arrived at 4 and the cleaning crew was still there and all of the towels were still in the dryer.They called and offered to come back and fold them. Very nice but not necessary for us. The reason the overall rating was 4 was all due to the poor quality of sheets, towels and no kitchen towels at all. Go to Sam’s or Costco and replace all the linens in the place . This price point of property needs better linens and it will be a 5 star property!!

Fantastic!

Our family of 8 had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect, super clean, lots of room, pool was just right. We booked at last minute after a previous booking in Houston was cancelled the day before our trip due to lack of electricity. Everything was super smooth and all arrangements made the day before. The owner even sent us a new cornhole game while we were there! All of us agreed that we loved it and would come back. I can't think of anything to improve.

Perfect for family

This home is lovely, extremely well equipped, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The most important thing is that the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!! The space allowed us to eat together and watch TV together, and the yard was wonderful for our Border Collie. My only regret is that we came when it was too cold for a swim in the big pool. This was a really great place to stay!

Ring Day Trip

House was perfect to celebrate our Aggie’s Ring Day. Neighborhood was very quiet made for restful nights. Most importantly, with this Texas heat, very thankful for great working AC units (upstairs and downstairs).

Great week with Family

We loved our stay at Howdy Haven. The house was great, lots of room for everyone and all the necessities of home with a few extras. we loved the backyard, games and pool and having our dogs there with us. The rental company answered all our questions and handled any concerns we had. We will stay again THANKS Lisa

We thought the property was great. It was perfect for hanging out and socializing leading up to the big day, a retreat after the ceremony, and a great place for the family to celebrate our new graduate. Four comfortable bedrooms and 2 well equipped baths. Loved every minute

Great place for family!!

The house was just what we needed for a small gathering for our sons Aggie ring dunk. We enjoyed the back yard and the house was just extremely comfortable!! Would highly recommend this location for a long weekend with family or game weekends for a group!!!

Perfect Aggieland Getaway

We were 2 couples moving our sons into their new homes for the year. It was a perfect location and the outside area really allowed us to decompress after the hot move-in days. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had more than enough room. Management was communicative and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend renting and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property.
