New remodeled home! Five minutes away from Kyle Field

This mid-century original Aggieland home on this corner lot in charming old Oak Terrace is less than a mile from Texas A&M's main campus, Northgate with its famous hangouts, and newly developed Century Square with its bars, restaurants, and theatres.

Bamboo flooring and raised ceilings stretch from the foyer to the main living area. Four large bedrooms offer stupendous sleeping privacy. Left off the foyer, the largest bedroom accommodates four sleepers with a queen and queen sofa sleeper. Down the hall are two large bedrooms on the right - each with a queen bed. Tucked away back and left, the primary bedroom has both a king bed and private bathroom. Mingle with your companions under the exposed ceiling beams centered around the hearth. The recently updated kitchen has gas fixtures and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests. You'll discover a nicely shaded, east facing patio and backyard well-removed from the street.

This corner lot house presents a multitude of parking options. There's an attached two car garage on the backside as well as curbside parking on both Nagle and Redbud.

Overall good stay

The interior of the home has been remodeled and has a good amount of space. We had plenty of room to spread out and were comfortable in the common areas of the home. The decor is nice. The exterior could use some TLC, however. We were surprised there was absolutely no landscaping or curb appeal and virtually no seating on the patio in the backyard. There is also a weird bedroom to the left as soon as you enter the home that has glass doors, meaning there is no privacy for anyone sleeping in that room.
