"Everything great except parking which was $32 a day and valet only. At busy times they couldn't keep up. Big traffic jam in front of the hotel. 20 min wait to get the car. What a mess."

"This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Little Rock. I normally can give 5s for everything. Unfortunately a lighting outage caused a delay in checking in and WiFi troubles. Both things were out of any staff members hands but they handled it so well. Kudos to an amazing staff team!"

"The Breakfast was excellent changed the meat and omelet up a little each day. Hot gravy and biscuits with a waffle maker, muffins , oatmeal, juice milk, yogurt .. there was something for everyone …Parking was in a safe secure parking garage right behind the Motel gated and secure … "

"Had to call maintenance to come and fix tv. The toilet ran almost non stop! And it was very loud! And made it difficult to sleep! The hot tub wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior to us being able to use it. So we had to clean it prior to using it. At about 9:30 a m the next day we had the do not disturb sign in the door. And there were still two interuptions he was from housekeeping unexpectedly We had a do not disturb sign hanging in the door. Also, overnight, the tv stopped working again. "Room was clean and neat, breakfast was clean and well staffed. Ice machine was broken on first floor so you had to use 2nd floor machine but elevator was out of order so you had to use the stairs."

"When I first got there I was having a hard time but that wasn’t on them more so on me but I was very irritated because I had graduation. What disturbed was check out when the hotel charge me 15 dollars for a dirty towel claiming it had stains in it and that the rules are you can’t have stains in the towels if washing my body is problem I’m never staying there again"
