Clean and quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view in a calm place. Just bring your happiness.

View was beautiful, place was pretty new, they have some things to work on.

It's a nice property with a beautiful view, but being new on the market they have some things they need to work on. It had a few boards on the deck that were not secured down.There was a substantial amount of stink bugs and lady bugs inside the house.Loose screws were left on the deck ground, so you definitely shouldn't walk barefoot to the hot tub.The description mentioned that there was a grill on site, which turned out to be a pizza oven, not a grill.The fireplace puts out way too much heat for that size of a building, so you can't have it on for more than 10 minutes at a time.Again, very nice place with a great view, and I think they will work the kinks out, but these do need to be addressed.
