「No, I 100% do not recommend this location. While I'm not a perfectionist, there are certain expectations when you pay for a room...basic cleanliness and good repair. But this location provides a broken bed, a hazardous broken floor in the center, burned out lightbulbs, cobwebs and spiders so thick in the corner that we couldn't plug in the other lights, one very sticky furniture piece to place things on, and a dirty fridge surface around the microwave. 「Great location for what was needed. Walls are not insulated. My neighbor appeared to be on honeymoon. Learned more than I ever wanted to know. Poor lighting in the loft. Ceiling fans in bedrooms did not work. Air was loud unable to utilize fan at night. Room was dirty— under bed was bad and sandy grit in shower. Floor was dirty. Towels had a sour smell— too much Gain. Coffee bar poorly stocked. No sugar any morning. Insane policy to charge 20.00 an hour to come early if room is already ready....

「Ride or Die was a very nice stay for a wedding that was nearby. We were not in the unit most of the weekend so simply as a place to sleep, it worked well. For the price we paid, however, it did feel like it was missing some features we were expecting, like a full-length mirror (the only mirror in the bathroom was small, old/weathered), night stand by the bed, as well as coffee. 「Before you rent this loft you need to know;It is on the 2nd floor of a building with business/es on 1 st floor. We were there 5 days and on 3 days we were awaken at 730 a.m. with loud construction on the first floor. Room stocked with 3 washclothes and 3 towels which we thought was strange for a 5 night stay.Loft is almost impossible to use. Ladder is very difficult to use and if you sit up on the mattress , which is on the floor, you WILL hit your head.Overall would not stay here again.」

「The apartment was exactly what we expected. The location is ideal. Walking distance from so many restaurants. A short walk to the riverfront and a nice little park.The host responded immediately whenever I had any questions. I ran into the property manager in the lobby upon arriving and she was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!!」
