「RENTERS BEWARE, Our group planned a stay and was welcomed with no check in or out instructions, and a list of false property insurance claims. This host compiled a list of false damages in order to be paid out for minor surfaces and items that were used/ dirty. (already incorporated for cleaning fee) Absolutely disgusting that a claim or case was built against our group so the host could get paid out. Would NOT recommend.」

「We loved this rental! Definitely adding it to our list as a place to return to the next time we need a spot in South Bend. 」

「Overall good stay, and plenty of room for my family get together. the kids really enjoyed the game room, couldn't get them to leave the area. The back yard was fabulous, fire pit and the jacuzzi were very nice touch. Thank you for hosting my family, Todd」

「The location was perfect for our needs. We were close to our family who live in the area, a grocery store was 5 minutes away, the lovely River Walk was close by, too, providing plenty of outside time and a number of restaurants to choose from as well. We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay. 」

「Nice place at a great price」

「House was perfect for our friends’ weekend. Beds are super comfortable. Host was responsive. We would stay here again!」

「The property was a good fit for our large family of 14 which included 7 children. The kids loved the gym set up in the garage. It is in a nice neighborhood.」

「We had a wonderful stay. Communication was very easy. Property was updated and comfortable.」

「Easy drive to ND campus. Host was informative about places to eat. This was our home away from home while we were at the motocross race RED BUD! About a 30min drive to the track in Buchanan Michigan.」

「House was good and as described online. 」

「Host was great to communicate and nice variety of beds in the room. Plenty of space for a group. The one bathroom is a bit on the small side. While I really appreciate how the shower was nice and hot, the water pressure left a lot to desire. We also cooked several meals and would have love some more options for cooking items such as different pans, mixing bowls, etc. But only being two miles from Notre Dame was a huge plus. Would recommend for any group coming in.」
