Siamo rimasti davvero senza parole. L’hotel risulta un 4 stelle, ma sinceramente non saprei dove le abbiano trovate: forse nel parcheggio, insieme ai materassi buttati e dal colore… indescrivibile. Pulizia: semplicemente inesistente. Due volte su tre non hanno nemmeno pulito la camera e, al nostro arrivo, il pavimento era pieno di capelli. Abbiamo chiesto di sistemare e il receptionist notturno (più concentrato su TikTok che sui clienti) ci ha letteralmente passato l’aspirapolvere dicendo: “Se volete usarlo, altrimenti domani puliscono.” Personale: scortese e totalmente impreparato. Nessuno parla inglese — il receptionist notturno risponde a gesti e male, e la signora della colazione ti urla il numero della stanza in rumeno se non capisci subito. Nessuna divisa, nessuna professionalità: più che un hotel sembra un esperimento sociale. Colazione: imbarazzante. Nemmeno un cornetto. Solo due pezzi di torta che sparivano subito e poi il deserto. Struttura: vecchia e trascurata. Corridoi con moquette lurida, scatole di apparecchiature di rete buttate ovunque, ascensore che va a scatti, e una puzza persistente in camera. Le lenzuola? Non pervenute: solo un coprimaterasso trasparente che definire “minimalista” è un complimento. Posizione: pessima, sembra che abbiano lanciato una bomba nei dintorni. Non capisco sinceramente come molti italiani possano dire di trovarsi bene: se questo è un 4 stelle, allora un 2 stelle dovrebbe valerne almeno sei per confronto. Evitatelo come la peste

Stayed at this spot in early December 2023 for 5 days. This is NOT "City Center". It is about 600-700 meters from being central, down a dark road in a not-so-great neighborhood. I walked back in the evenings and did not feel safe. A lot of abandoned buildings and not well lit. The front desk staff... The two young men working there were very friendly and helpful. Great folks. There was a lady who worked a couple evenings at the front desk and was mean. For three of the five days, I did not have hot water. I did get the front desk (when they had a helpful person there) call maintenance. A young man came up and did something to fix it. He was very friendly and helpful. However, it was back to cold the next morning and the mean lady at the front desk was no help. Breakfast was great - no concerns there. Room was clean, warm, and taken care of. No worries there. Overall - would not recommend. It was a bit of a scary walk, the front desk was not always friendly, and there were significant issues with the hot water.

Professional Staff.

Great location. Close to city center. Close to public transport. The staff and management were amazing. Mini fridge in the room that you can fill on your own. Breakfast available but not other meals. Lots of restaurants around the location.

After a 3 night stay and I cannot say I have had a satisfying experience at this hotel. The morning after the 1st night I noticed some bug bites on me. I harmlessly assumed they were from mosquitoes or something. After the 2nd night the entire right side of my body was covered. This is side I sleep on and can only be from bed bugs. After this 2nd night I notified the front reception and they put us in a different room. After checking out after the 3rd night front desk asked us if we used anything from the minibar, which we replied with no. They said after this that it's compliments from them but we didn't use it and already checked out? Later that day we went back to collect our luggage and asked front reception to reimburse the tiny cost of medicine which was 60RON (20AUD or 13Euros). They told us that it is not possible for there to be bed bugs and they can't do anything to help... This is after putting us in a different room and being apologetic.

To put it friendly, the hotel has an excellent location (walking distance to the old town) & very good breakfast, however, the interior is a bit old. The lift is a fragile vehicle, the hotel room interior looks as it if has been there for many years, the bed cover linen was too small that couldn’t fit two people. We've reserved one of their most expensive suites which, obviously, doesn't get to be occupied too often so they don't bother to verify if everything is working properly. The air conditioning wasn't working, just the fan, which is not so pleasant when the temperature outside is over 40 degrees Celsius. The tub in the bathroom was clogged which made it almost impossible to have a decent shower and, not to forget, the room was facing the street Calea Mosilor which is a busy street, with street cars running there all night. Considering the average price level in Bucharest the cost for this kind of room is ridiculous. Obviously the management feels the proximity to the nearby old town justifies all that. If I have the chance, next time I will look for a diferent place.

Hotelli oli meille sopiva. Sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneessamme ja koko hotellissa oli aivan liian kuuma. Jouduimme pitämään ikkunaa auki, vaikka ulkona oli vain 2-3 astetta lämmintä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.
