This was our second year staying here, and it was just as great as the first. Booking the family suite with breakfast included is definitely the way to go—the food is excellent, and my family absolutely loves the store on-site. The entire staff, from the reception team to everyone else, is wonderful. A special shoutout to Kavinda, who went above and beyond during breakfast to help out with the kids' requests. We will definitely be back!

The hotel front desk staff, Aleksandra, was very friendly and helpful. She kindly assisted us by contacting the Serbian consulate to seek support regarding visa matters, which was a tremendous help to us. Her warm and enthusiastic attitude left a very deep impression on us.
