The Space:
Located in the center of Piata Romana and steps from Calea Victoriei, Maison Élysée offers an elegant, Parisian-inspired retreat in the heart of Bucharest, providing a sophisticated and refined atmosphere for your stay in the Romanian capital.

This stylish 1BR flat comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a queen-sized bed and a cozy sofa that converts into a queen sleeper sofa. The apartment boasts modern and convenient amenities like air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with entertainment options, and an equipped kitchen ready for all your culinary adventures.

The Kitchen includes:

The Bathroom includes:
• Modern shower with excellent water pressure and hot water for a refreshing experience

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located right at the center of Piata Romana, one of the nicest areas in the center of Bucharest, a perfect location to explore everything that this magical city has to offer. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make of this unit one of the best spots in the city. Easy walking access to taxis and trams, and shared bikes and mopeds.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You are just a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber. Please note that the property building is sitting right at the square of Piata Romana, which means that parking outside the building is not possible.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.

Please note that the property building is sitting right at the square of Piata Romana, which means that parking outside the building is not possible.

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the studio. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.

Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
