The locations is awesome and in a great little eclectic Austin neighborhood. Apartment was clean other than the baseboards all need a good clean. “We were going to St. David's for treatment and this listing is within 2 miles. It is also within walking distance of 3 restaurants. The parking lot has free non-assigned spaces.The apartment was very clean, had everything you would need - even had some coffee pods & creamer to get us started. “I was visiting Austin to help with some family stuff. The location was great for us and very comfortable. Two king beds meant my sister and I didnt fight over who got the big bed. Beautiful wooded area out back complete with deer one evening. Very close to a HEB for groceries and all the stuff in the kitchen for coffee and cooking. Anything that came up was quickly addressed by the owner. ”
